Do businesses have to be compliant?

Only businesses that are a "reporting entity" and thus covered by the 2006 Act are required to be legally compliant and will be regulated by AUSTRAC. However, agents such as brokers acting for principals that provide ?designated services? will be required by their principal through contract to also be compliant.
