FBAA keeps ACCC Decision in Perspective

8th June 2007 - The Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA) today acknowledges the ACCC’s decision exempting AHL Investments Pty Ltd (Aussie) from third-line forcing practices. FBAA President, Jan Kirstein, said that although the FBAA does not agree with the ACCC's decision and believes the notification is detrimental to both brokers and consumers, the FBAA is keeping the ruling in perspective.
