Youngcare
Supporting Young Australians with High-Care Needs
The FBAA is proud to sponsor Youngcare, which ensures that young Australians with high-care needs can live with choice, independence, and dignity.
Who is Youngcare?
Youngcare is a not-for-profit organisation establishing age-appropriate housing and care for young people with disabilities. For far too long, young Australians with high-care needs have been left with limited options, often forced into aged care, hospital rooms, or institutional settings due to a lack of suitable accommodation.
Youngcare is changing this reality by providing:
- Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) – Purpose-built homes designed to provide independence, safety, and comfort
- Advocacy & Awareness – Driving systemic change to ensure fairer policies and better support for young Australians with disabilities
- Grants & Funding – Delivering vital financial assistance through Home Support Grants, Home Care Grants, and other funding programs
- Support Networks – Helping young people and their families navigate the NDIS and access the needed services
FBAA’s Commitment to Youngcare
At FBAA, we believe in empowering lives—not just in finance but in our communities. As an official sponsor, we are dedicated to raising awareness, supporting initiatives, and helping Youngcare provide the opportunities and resources young Australians with high-care needs deserve.
