Giving Back

We strongly believe in the power of giving back. As the leading association representing finance brokers in Australia, we focus much of our energy giving back on the issues that most impact our industry. Unfortunately, for the financial services industry this is mental health.

Mental health is an ongoing issue for the broking sector and the broader financial services industry which is why we invest in member wellbeing through a member assistance program, and support charities with a focus on mental health. It’s vital we as a community of brokers and finance professionals stay connected, particularly in challenging times.

FREE Confidential Counselling Program

FBAA offers a member wellbeing program, similar to an employee assistance program but designed specifically with brokers in mind. The program gives FBAA members and their immediate families access to FREE confidential counselling, legal and financial sessions.

R U OK?

The FBAA is a long-term supporter of R U OK? and its annual R U OK? Day event. This charity inspires and empowers people to meaningfully connect with others around them by initiating a conversation with those who may be struggling with life. Because, a conversation can change a life.
