TRAINEE MORTGAGE BROKER

We currently have an opportunity for a Trainee Mortgage Broker to join our Aussie Currambine and Aussie Joondalup Franchise teams.

Aussie is the number one brand in the Mortgage Broking industry and we are the largest Aussie Franchise Group in WA with in excess of 4,000 existing customers.  We have owned the Aussie Joondalup and Currambine Franchises for 8 years and 9 years respectively.  As an established, well regarded and significant player in the mortgage broking market in Perth’s northern corridor, we have a really strong base and want to continue to grow our business connections and networks.

Our Training Mortgage Broker opportunity is a bit like an intensive apprenticeship.  The comprehensive structured support program we offer is “unique and unparalleled” in that it encompasses all of the following:

  • On the job training “shadowing” by our experienced and successful Franchise Principals.
  • Working in our Customer Support Team to gain a thorough understanding of the documentation, settlement and post settlement customer care processes.
  • Having access to professional mentorship/coaching (at no cost to you).
  • Receiving new business opportunities/leads.
  • Receiving some financial support (for up to 6 months) while you develop/build your business pipeline.
  • Access to administrative support which includes:
    • Monitoring and tracking your loan applications through the documentation and settlement process.
    • Maintaining regular ongoing contact with your customers post settlement.
    • The management of commission collections and reconciliations with Aussie.

This means that effort, time and stress to set up and grow your Mortgage Broking business will be significantly less than would otherwise be the case.
